Services Description

Apex Exotic Marketing provides digital marketing services exclusively for luxury car rental agencies. Our services include SEO, Google Ads, Meta advertising, ChatGPT optimization, and related marketing services as outlined in individual service agreements.

Exclusivity Policy

We maintain a strict one-client-per-city exclusivity policy:

• We only work with one luxury car rental agency per geographic market
• Territory exclusivity is granted upon contract signing
• Exclusivity continues for the duration of the service agreement
• We reserve the right to define market boundaries

Service Terms

Our services are provided under the following terms:

• Initial foundation period: 3 months minimum commitment
• Ongoing services billed monthly
• Payment terms as specified in service agreements
• Services require client cooperation and timely provision of materials
• Results may vary based on market conditions and client participation

Intellectual Property

All marketing strategies, methodologies, and proprietary systems remain the intellectual property of Apex Exotic Marketing. Client materials and content provided to us remain the property of the client.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered. We are not responsible for changes in search engine algorithms, platform policies, or market conditions beyond our control.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice after the initial commitment period. Early termination fees may apply as specified in service agreements.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
